Terms of Service
Effective date: June 2026 • AI Targetolog • Founded 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Targetolog (the "Service"), operated by Vladislav Poddubotski ("we", "us", or "our"). By joining the waitlist or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Early-Access Status
AI Targetolog is currently in an early-access, pre-launch phase. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Features, functionality, and availability may change at any time without notice. We make no commitment to a specific launch date or feature set.
By joining the waitlist you are expressing interest in early access — you are not entering into a paid subscription or service agreement. No charges will be made without your explicit consent.
2. No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that AI-generated recommendations will improve campaign performance, that the Service will be error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from using the Service.
3. Your Responsibility for Your Ad Account
You are solely responsible for your Facebook and Instagram advertising accounts, including:
- All ad spend incurred on your Meta ad account, including spend that may result from changes applied via the Service.
- Reviewing all AI-generated recommendations before applying them.
- Ensuring your campaigns, creatives, and targeting comply with applicable laws and Meta's advertising policies.
- Maintaining the security of your Meta account credentials.
AI Targetolog applies changes to your ad account only when you explicitly instruct it to do so. We are not liable for the results of any changes made at your direction.
4. Compliance with Meta Advertising Policies
By using AI Targetolog you agree to comply with Meta's Advertising Policies and all applicable Meta Platform Terms. You must not use the Service to create, manage, or optimize advertisements that violate Meta's policies, including but not limited to ads for prohibited content, discriminatory targeting, or misleading claims.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we have reason to believe your use of the Service violates Meta's policies or applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code from the Service.
- Use the Service to harm, defraud, or misrepresent to Meta, end users, or any third party.
- Share access credentials or allow unauthorized parties to access your Service account.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Targetolog and Vladislav Poddubotski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of ad spend, loss of revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Vladislav Poddubotski. You retain all rights to your own ad account data and creatives. AI-generated content (copy, images) produced using your account data may be used freely by you for your advertising purposes.
8. Changes to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
