This Privacy Policy explains how AI Targetolog ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Waitlist email address — when you submit your email to join our early-access waitlist.
- Ad account data (with your explicit consent via Meta OAuth) — if you authorize AI Targetolog through the official Meta (Facebook) OAuth flow, we access your Facebook/Instagram ad account data, including campaign structure, ad sets, ad creatives, campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, CPA, etc.), and account identifiers. This access is granted solely by your explicit authorization and can be revoked at any time.
We do not collect payment information, passwords, or any data beyond what is described above.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- To contact you when early access becomes available (waitlist email).
- To analyze your ad campaign performance and generate optimization recommendations.
- To generate AI-assisted ad copy and creative suggestions for your review.
- To apply campaign changes on your behalf when you explicitly instruct us to do so.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling unrelated to the service, or any purpose beyond operating AI Targetolog for your benefit.
3. Third-Party Processors
To deliver the service, we share data with the following third-party processors:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Graph API) — for accessing and managing your authorized Facebook and Instagram ad account data. Subject to Meta's Privacy Policy and Platform Terms.
- Google LLC (Google Gemini API) — campaign data is sent to Gemini for strategy analysis and recommendation generation. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- OpenAI, L.L.C. (GPT-4o-mini and DALL-E APIs) — ad copy generation and creative image generation. Subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
We share only the minimum data necessary for each processor to perform its function.
4. Data Retention
Waitlist email addresses are retained until you request deletion or until the product launches and you are onboarded. Ad account data accessed via Meta OAuth is processed to generate recommendations and is not stored permanently beyond what is required for active sessions. You can revoke our access at any time (see Section 6).
5. Data Security
We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. OAuth tokens are stored securely and are not shared with any parties beyond those listed in Section 3.
6. Data Deletion Instructions
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. Here is how to do it:
Revoking Meta ad account access:
- Go to your Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites (or visit facebook.com/settings?tab=applications).
- Find "AI Targetolog" in the list of connected apps.
- Click "Remove" to immediately revoke all access permissions. We will no longer be able to access your ad account data.
Requesting full data deletion:
Send an email to vladislav.poddubotski@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Waitlist removal:
To be removed from the waitlist, email vladislav.poddubotski@gmail.com with the subject "Waitlist Removal" and we will delete your email address promptly.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
8. Data Not Sold
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or ad account data to any third party for any purpose.
9. Children's Privacy
AI Targetolog is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email (to waitlist subscribers) or via a notice on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
