Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

PairBridge is a product developed by Vladislav Poddubotski. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean PairBridge and its operator. You can contact us at vladislav.poddubotski@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Waitlist (this website):

• Your email address, submitted voluntarily through the waitlist form.
• We use this only to notify you when PairBridge launches. We do not sell or share it.

In-product (Telegram bot):

• Telegram ID and username — used to associate your account with your private room.
• Conversation content — messages you send to the bot, including journal entries and daily pulse ratings. This content is encrypted at rest.
• Relationship pulse data — numeric ratings (1–10) and optional journal text, stored per partner per day.
• We do not collect health records, financial information, or government-issued identifiers.

3. How we use your information

• To provide the PairBridge mediation service — processing your messages through AI APIs to generate validated, reframed communication.
• To deliver bridge messages to your partner — only when you explicitly consent to each specific message.
• To detect early trends in your daily pulse ratings that may indicate growing disconnection, so the bot can offer timely support.
• To improve the reliability and quality of the service (aggregated, de-identified signals only).
• To send you product updates if you joined the waitlist (you may opt out at any time).

4. AI processing disclosure

PairBridge uses third-party AI APIs to analyse and reframe your messages. Your conversation content is transmitted to these APIs solely to provide the mediation service. We disclose this use of AI to all users. We select providers that offer appropriate data protection terms, and we do not permit your data to be used to train their models without a separate consent process.

5. Consent-based bridge

Your private room stays private. Content is only sent to your partner when you give explicit, per-message consent within the bot interface. "Consent" means you actively confirm the delivery — not a blanket permission granted at signup. You may review and withdraw consent before delivery is confirmed.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only:

• With AI API providers, under contract, for the sole purpose of providing the mediation service.
• With infrastructure providers (hosting, database) under data processing agreements.
• If required by law or to respond to valid legal process, in which case we will notify you unless prohibited.

7. Data retention & deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing vladislav.poddubotski@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request." We will action your request within 30 days.

8. Security

Messages and conversation content are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security practices for data in transit (TLS). Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information.

9. Children

PairBridge is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist subscribers via email. Continued use of PairBridge after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
