This Privacy Policy describes how BotGEN ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services. We are committed to transparency and keeping your data minimal.

When you sign up for early access, we collect your email address. We use this solely to notify you when BotGEN launches and to send relevant product updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.

BotGEN uses the Claude API provided by Anthropic, PBC to interpret your descriptions and generate bot configurations. Message content you send to the constructor bot is transmitted to the Anthropic API for this purpose. Anthropic's use of this data is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

Waitlist email addresses are retained until you request deletion or until we determine the list is no longer needed. Bot configuration data is retained for as long as your bot is active. Message logs may be retained for a limited period for debugging and service improvement purposes.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

BotGEN is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify waitlist subscribers by email.
